Q.) Where do your items ship from?

A.) Ohio 

Q.) How are your headbands sized?

A.) Our headbands are made in different sizes

one size fits most headbands usually fit babies to adults 

the stretchy material we use allows for this. 

Some of the handbands are specifically made 

for newborns and will say newborn size in the description

Q.) The item I wanted is already sold can I still get that item?

A.) Because most of our items are handmade we do not have multiples of the same item making each unique. Although we would love to try and recreate the item for you to the best of our ability. Please email us for details. 

Q.) What is your return and exchange policy?

A.) Because of the unique nature of our handmade items we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q.) How long will it take to receive my order?

A.) Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Custom ordered items delivery status will be discussed through email when placing your order.
